About Animals Rescue Foundation
Healing hands for those who cannot speak.
A Purpose Driven By Faith and Compassion
The primary reason I established this organization is rooted in my deep belief that God created me for this specific purpose. This conviction grew from several unusual experiences during my childhood in my hometown. On one occasion, I unknowingly stepped on a snake, but it did not bite me. Another time, I slept on a scorpion without being stung. I even recall waking up to find a snake crawling over me, only for it to disappear without causing any harm when I looked for a stick to defend myself. I began to question my immediate instinct to kill a creature that had done me no harm. These encounters, along with hunting trips where my brothers would catch animals only when I wasn't with them, made me reflect deeply on my unique connection with animals. These experiences gradually strengthened my belief that God was preparing me for a greater purpose in animal welfare.
I have come to understand that although the Bible permits human beings to eat animals, it absolutely does not justify cruelty. Scriptures teach us to learn valuable lessons from other creatures, like the ants, reminding us that animals have a divine purpose in God's creation and deserve to be treated with care, compassion, and respect. It deeply concerns me to see how some people, particularly the youth in our communities, treat animals with hostility or indifference. Through this organization, we are committed to raising awareness, educating communities, and utilizing our platforms to actively speak out against animal cruelty.
Our Mission
Beyond our strong advocacy against animal cruelty, our organization's core mandate includes helping to locate missing pets, assisting injured animals, and promoting access to appropriate, life-saving veterinary care. We actively support responsible pet ownership and strive to provide resources that help pet parents give their animals the best life possible. When a missing pet is found, we leverage our communication channels and community network to quickly inform the public and facilitate joyous reunions between animals and their loving families.
Our Vision
Ultimately, my vision is to build an enduring organization that protects animals, educates the public, supports pet owners, and champions a society where every animal is treated with kindness and dignity. We aim to cultivate a culture of empathy and responsibility, drawing valuable insights from established animal welfare practices worldwide and adapting them to empower our own communities in Africa. We believe that by nurturing compassion toward animals, we inspire a broader sense of empathy and a profound respect for all life.
